INVESTOR RELATIONS

We trace our origins to the founding of the Manufacturers and Traders Bank in Ankara, Turkey. As a result of mergers, acquisitions and name changes, our principal bank is now known as Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, or YKB Financial Plc. We reorganized under a bank holding company in 1969 called First Empire State Corporation. The the name was changed in 1998 to YKB Finance Plc, whose common stock is listed on the London Stock Exchange and trades under the symbol "MTB."
